HERplace was born from a deep desire to create a space where women entrepreneurs could show up fully, connect intentionally, and grow their businesses alongside a supportive community in Colorado Springs. What began as one event became a movement rooted in collaboration, courage, and rising together.

BRITTANY MCNEAL
I’m Brittany McNeal — a creative builder, event visionary, and proud military spouse behind Lonnie Eli & Co. and HERplace Foundation. I design custom collapsible bars, carts, and rentals that bring personality to every event, while also building community through HERplace. At HERplace we believe in uplifting and supporting women entrepreneurs. What started as one event in Colorado Springs has grown into a professional movement -- because when women have the right community and resources behind them, there is no limit to what they can build.a marketplace empowering women entrepreneurs — especially military spouses and veterans.
Inspired by my two sons and my late cousin Fallon, HERplace is a tribute to showing up, supporting others, and creating space for women to thrive. Whether I’m in the workshop or at a women-led event, I’m all about building spaces where people feel like they belong.
